Q Do these insoles help with supination?
A Our insoles can support the arch and heel to control the motion of the foot. And yes, they can help with supination, but we strongly recommend starting from 2-3 hours a day and increase the time each day gradually. You may feel foot pressure first 3-7 days of wearing. Q How to trim shoe insoles?
A Remove the existing liner out of the shoe. Line up the edge of the heel of the liner with the edge of the heel on the insole and also the inside edges of both. Use a pen to trace the outline of the liner onto the insole. Trim the insole along the line you have marked. Place the insole in your shoe and make sure it fits flat into the shoe with no buckling or bubbling
